You'll mentor Clinic Managers, foster strong communication, and ensure clinics are well-staffed and delivering high-quality dentistry. Responsibility Summary: Lead and support clinic teams to deliver outstanding patient care while enhancing operational efficiency, profitability, and team performance. Collaborate closely with Clinic Managers on treatment planning, staffing, scheduling, and strategic growth initiatives. Provide mentorship, ensure compliance with protocols, promote strong communication, and maintain high standards across clinics. Oversee financial planning, performance monitoring, and administrative tasks, while fostering a positive and productive clinic environment.
