Position: Clinic Manager (Full Time)

We are hiring for mulitple Clinic Managers across Ontario!
Compensation: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday; Weekends as needed
Responsibility Summary: Oversee daily office operations by managing protocols, staff hiring/training, scheduling, and budgets across both clinics. Ensure accurate insurance and billing processes, provide strong leadership, and maintain excellent patient service. Handle appointment scheduling, calls, and administrative tasks while supporting marketing efforts and software use. Foster a positive, welcoming clinic culture and engaging work environment.
Position Must Have: Minimum 2 years of dental clinic experience and 2+ years in a leadership role supervising staff. We are hiring for multiple Dental Concierge across Ontario
Schedule: Days, evenings and weekends
Compensation: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
Responsibility Summary: Be the warm, welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for, manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and efficiently book appointments, maintain and organize the patient database with accuracy and confidentiality, oversee insurance claims, billing systems, and follow up with insurance companies, establish and manage office protocols to keep operations running smoothly, coordinate and optimize appointment schedules.
Position Requirements: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, strong communication and interpersonal skills, dental experience is not required, however it is an asset. A friendly, professional demeanour and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting are essential. Tech-savviness is an asset; training on scheduling software will be provided.
